So far so good...
Well, I’m at the airport and I don’t want to kill myself, so…that’s good!
just got a huge iced coffee, the airport has free wifi, I had an awesome albanian cab driver and we chatted the whole way here. I tipped him extra nice because it’s the holidays and he was quite pleasant, even though he was hitting on me the whole time.

Let it snow
I’m going home to the motherland tomorrow! I’m really hoping to see some snow and eat lots of homemade tamales. I’m praying for the strength to deal with republican family members and thankful for dad who made sure to supply the stash so I will make it through this week.

I just watched Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire under PMS circumstances. Ugh, want to cry into eternity. Why did I think this was some uplifting feel good???
Rainy Day Rewards!
It’s raining out and I’ve yet to leave the bed. It’s 11:20 am. I made an awesome mix with genius and just rewarded myself with $75 worth of makeup and nail polish from sephora online! Also chock-full of free samples! so excited!
I think after this semester I deserve something to get excited about, and if that’s makeup, so be it! I got an A on my southern politics...
